Resistance, The Invisible Force

"Dear love if my life (I wish!) Sotlio,

I have a strong resistance to most things I desire, which in turn makes me feel stuck.. because if I try to do something I desire, such as goals, or even simply daily things, i have this strong resistance and it feels like a battle just to get something done...to the point it drains my energy.. even something like getting ready in the morning. It feels like I have a huge block surrounding my body or something. Anyone have any perspective on what is happening? Also my chest is always tight, feels like my heart is being squashed or something... so many blockages.... so much going on.. don't know what to do?

With love and support,

Tracy_L"

Hello, Beloved!

Like I said in my previous post, the human experience is indeed a roller coaster. There's bright lights, loud noises, thrills and chills, there's ups...and there's DOWNS. There are some interesting contradictions that occur during a down period.

Sometimes time seems to stand still, but other times weeks fall off the calendar in what seems like hours. There is extreme boredom, but also an anxiousness. You WANT to do things, but you also DON'T want to do things. Your stomach growls but your taste buds seem to not work. It can seem like this situation will never change.

But it will, Tracy L, it will.

It is a common thing for a human to find themselves in a situation where they just keep repeating the same actions, day after day, week after week. Some people prefer to be this way. They are "set in their ways". Others try avoid this like the plague.

Others still find themselves getting bored in such a situation. "It's just the same 'ol thing". These people really want to experience new things, but they feel they are blocked from expanding, and the resistance closes in to the point that they don't even want to do the daily things anymore. They feel a "heaviness" in their density.

Ironically, the same three things that work together to make you who you are are the same three things that contribute to resistance.

These three things of course are The Mind, The Body, and The Spirit

When it comes to resistances of The Mind, it generally always boils down to your Perceptions.

You say it feels like a battle to get things done. This can be true for everyone! Let's see if we can change your perception about "a battle to get things done" by letting you in on a little secret. Some clandestine knowledge, so to speak.

You see, there are entities, souls much younger than humans, on an alternate plane that "watch" us.

These entities haven't had their turn at human existence yet. They OOH and they AAH at every little thing we do, and at what happens to us.

They don't have eyes, so a concept such as "color" is intriguing, no ears, so a whisper and an ambulance siren are equally enthralling, no hands, they're unable to create and build. Even when you are just vegging out on the couch with a bag of chips, they cheer and rah-rah FOR YOU like a blockbuster movie. The concept of taste buds is so interesting!

You feel there is a battle to fight in order to get things done..and somebody is very jealous of your circumstances.

There is a wonderful book by Stephen Prestfield called "The War of Art" (not to be confused with Sun Tzu's Art of War) that directly addresses Resistance in depth and gives a lot of helpful information on overcoming motivational blocks.

Always remember that with each new day, there is always something new to learn, always something new to try, always something new to EXPERIENCE. Many beings look to you and believe "The Human Experience is where ALL THE ACTION IS! Challenge, rewards, joy, pain, beauty, fear, WOW!"
It's good to give your mind some challenge, something to do to get the "juices" flowing as it were.

Why not give Brain Bashers a try?

When it comes to The Body, it generally always boils down to your diet, nutrition, and health.
See, there are a lot of things in the environment that can adversely affect your body. This includes external physical factors, internal physical factors, and even META-physical factors. Toxins in the air, toxins in the food you eat, toxins in the shampoo/conditioner/hairspray/toothpaste/soap you use, perceived "toxins" in your mindset, and the list goes on!

It's important to pay attention to the ingredients in things you eat, and things you put on your body. If you look at the back of the box or bottle, you'll of course see the ingredients. If you research those chemicals, you'd be surprised to find what some of those 7 syllable chemicals are, and how they are made.

Many of those ingredients are DISGUSTING, and you'll be flabbergasted that these things are in those products and you are told to eat it/put it on your body! The same chemicals they use in car gasoline and corpse preservation (just a few examples) they trick YOU into putting on/in YOU!

Though there are few things you can do about the air, there is A LOT you can do regarding things like your diet and what you use ON your body.

In the spiritual community there are those of us who have studied and worked with herbs, oils, powders etc. that are naturally occurring found on earth. Some of this work has been Clandestine, but remedies for many physical and metaphysical issues and concerns have been found.

Are you familiar with Djehuty Ma'at-Ra? He is a Spiritual Herbalist who created a product called
The Full Body Detox . It consists of seven potent, safe, and effective herbal formulas. Some of the herbal ingredients include Brahmi (Bacopa), Shankpushpi, Gotu Kola leaf, Ayahuasca (combo), White Powder Gold (Ormus) and whole list of others that directly go after and remedy damages caused by daily toxin exposure.

These toxins can lead you to that "heaviness" feeling where you grunt to even get out of bed!

The spiritual aspect most certainly has it's role in all of this, too.

The purpose of the 3-D realm and being a human is for the sake of the experience. In reality, we are all just one consciousness. We've (I've) always existed and always will exist. You generally don't like being lonely, I don't like being lonely, and the one finds being alone dull.

So we decided to play a game. Let's forget we are all one. Let's forget we are infinite and omnipotent. Let's pretend we have limitations. Let's set some rules and laws to this game. Let's pretend there is struggle, and sadness, and challenges, and rewards, friends, and enemies, fears, and triumphs. Let's agree on a law of physics. Let's say there is birth, and death, and sickness, and aging, and learning, and winning, and losing.

Hence, the stage was set, and the game is being played.

The time will come (and it is getting near) when we'll be done with this game. We'll ALL remember the truth, and then we'll make a new game to play.

I hope this helped with your questions, and I'm looking forward to hearing more from you..
